A large software company’s new CIO convinced the firm’s leadership that his background in datacentre consulting would enable him to deliver a DIY project on time and on budget.

The resulting configuration met with a level of group think that would make lemmings proud and construction began. Remedies for failure to adhere to the pricing structure and/or the date specified for facility turnover to the customer as specified and agreed to by both the customer and Digital Realty Trust within the final signed lease agreement or project contract, including any subsequent modifications said agreements, will consist only of those specified within said contract(s) and will not include any claims for additional damages including lost revenues, wages, and any other ancillary expenses that the customer may incur in relation to any deviation from the price and/or delivery dates specified.
